Shipping Responsibility

Once your order is handed to the carrier:

• House of Dekari is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider
• Delivery issues must be addressed with the carrier

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered:

• Responsibility transfers to the customer
• Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
